- Matt carefully slid under the covers. His parents' bed was always more comfortable than his. It was a king-size bed with an extra thick and soft mattress. Even now as an 18-year-old man pulling the covers over his naked body, the bed felt huge in comparison. It was difficult to feel like a man when you were crawling into your stepmom's bed in the middle of the night. But tonight his mother was all alone in this enormous bed.
- Monica Meyers slept on her side of the bed despite Matt's father being gone. He had been sent on a business trip for 10 days. 10 days that Matt couldn't help but look forward to.
